A la lecture de ces nouvelles grilles, on aper\u00e7oit des taux qui reviennent \u00e0 leur plus bas du printemps 2015. Dans certains cas, on peut m\u00eame parler de nouveaux records\u00a0!<\/p>\n<h5>Tous les profils concern\u00e9s<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le courtier Emprunt Direct note que certaines banques ont choisi de passer \u00e0 l&#8217;offensive avec des baisses de taux qui peuvent atteindre 0,2 point sur certaines dur\u00e9es et qualit\u00e9s de dossier. Contrairement \u00e0 certains mois o\u00f9 la s\u00e9lectivit\u00e9 \u00e9tait de mise dans l&#8217;application des baisses, Emprunt Direct observe d\u2019ailleurs que tous les profils b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient ce mois-ci du mouvement de repli des taux.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Meilleurtaux.com parle d\u2019un \u00ab<i>mouvement de baisse g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e<\/i>\u00bb. A quelques tr\u00e8s rares exceptions, tous les \u00e9tablissements bancaires partenaires de Meilleurtaux affichent en effet en f\u00e9vrier des bar\u00e8mes baissiers compris entre 0,05% et 0,30% selon les dur\u00e9es et les profils.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Retour \u00e0 2,3% sur 20 ans<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les taux moyens se situent aujourd\u2019hui autour de 1,9% sur 10 ans, 2,1% sur 15 ans, 2,3% sur 20 ans et 2,65% sur 25 ans, ce qui correspond globalement aux plus bas observ\u00e9s au printemps 2015. Pour les meilleurs profils, des taux record peuvent m\u00eame \u00eatre n\u00e9goci\u00e9s jusqu\u2019\u00e0 1,2% sur 10 ans ou 1,8% sur 20 ans.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Nouveaux records en vue<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00ab<i>Les OAT ont tr\u00e8s fortement chut\u00e9, autour de 0,65% d\u00e9but f\u00e9vrier pour l\u2019OAT 10 ans, et l\u2019inflation ne red\u00e9marre pas, les taux vont donc rester bas et certainement continuer \u00e0 baisser<\/i>\u00bb, pronostique m\u00eame Ma\u00ebl Bernier, Directrice de la communication de Meilleurtaux.com.
